With your criteria in mind, I carefully research the best locations that fit your concept and create a shortlist of at least five options. For each location, I conduct a detailed evaluation: rental price, premises, catering options, advantages and disadvantages, closing time, and other important factors. I present all the information clearly in presentations so you can directly compare the options.
